It has come to our attention that the VU 9.3.4 Content List was not complete. Adjustments to the regeneration of the Caudatergus, Cornundos and Molisk creatures were missing.
We apologize sincerely for this omission. As in previous adjustments, the loot received from these creatures has been increased in proportion to the regeneration adjustment.

| Attention - Non Approved PED Transfers |

The purchase of PED outside official Mindark approved channels is a high risk venture, that - in some cases - may lead to a permanent ban from the Entropia Universe.
Please note that PED offered via other websites often originate from fraud. If you purchase PED this way and your account is identified as an end-receiver of fraud associated PED, you will be treated as complicit in the fraud and your account will be banned.
We therefore highly recommend you DO NOT use any non-approved channels for PED transfers. For participants without credit cards, there are several other safe and guaranteed options available to transfer funds into the Entropia Universe (see the Deposit section of our website). The "cost" for using non-approved channels can turn out to be extremely high if your account is permanently banned. Please note that this is for your own protection!

| Support Policy Regarding Accidental Item Recycling |

Due to recent events, we recognize a need to review our policy regarding the accidental Trade Terminal recycling of valuable items. Despite the VU 9.0 introduction of an extra confirmation request during the recycle process, accidental recycling of valuable items persists.
Until a satisfactory permanent solution has been implemented, a change in policy is now in effect. This allows participants to request the recreation and return of an accidentally recycled item. An administration fee of 1000 PED plus the Trade Terminal value of the item will be charged for each request.
All future requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident. A temporary exception is also available for reported accidental recycling incidents after VU 9.0 (10 Oct 2007) until today. When submitting such requests please include the original Support Case number. When submitting all requests, please include the full exact name of the item, the date and the time of the accidental recycling.
