If you have sent in a Support Case to get the possibility to recreate your avatar as announced in the news from 2 Oct 2009 “Wish to recreate your avatar?”, we would just like to inform you that your case has not been forgotten even if you have not received a reply yet.

We have currently paused the handling of avatar recreation cases since not all avatar modification options were available after the Version Update 10.1. All options should be available for everyone, except if you have a newly created account. This issue will be fixed shortly and then we will continue the handling of your case. Thank you for your patience meanwhile.

The deadline for submitting a Support Case about having your avatar recreated is still Friday 2009-10-09.
