Since in 2010-01-01 more countries will demand IBAN on payment to foreign accounts despite currency. It is therefore recommend to always give IBAN on withdrawals within EU and EES, Saudi Arabia (SA) and Turkey (TR).

Withdrawals without IBAN may mean higher fees for the recipient and some banks may reject a withdrawal.
