Dibs double charge issues

Entropia Universe participants who initiated a deposit through Dibs on February 16 (00:00 - 23:59, CET) may have experienced a second charge for the same amount on February 18.

The double charges were caused by an error between payment service provider and acquirer; the double charges were not caused by any action or lack of action on part of MindArk.

Customers who experienced a second, unrequested charge, will be refunded within 5 days.
This applies only to deposits, through Dibs, that were initiated on February 16 (00:00 - 23:59, CET)
