You can use a card belonging to someone else as long as you have the cardholders permission to use it.
If the card is being used on another Entropia account the card will no longer be registered to that account and must be re-registered on that account when you next time want to make a deposit.
It is not possible to deposit with Diners Club International cards or AMEX (American Express) directly.
We cannot give you a definite answer to this question. In some cases it has been possible to deposit with these types of cards, in others not. The only way to find out is to give it a try. If it does not work, you could ask your Bank if it is valid for online purchases in USD.
For Cards:
When you create your account your card (credit or debit) deposit limit is 1,000 PED. If 3D Secure (a security protocol to prevent fraud) is provided by your card issuer your deposit limit will automatically increase after the first successful payment to 30,000 PED during an ongoing 30 day period.
If you wish to increase your deposit limits higher than 30,000 PED during an ongoing 30 day period, you need to contact Entropia Universe Support.
If you wish to increase your deposit limits higher than 50,000 PED during an ongoing 30 day period, we will request that you send front and back colour copies of a valid government issued photo ID, a utility bill or financial statement and some details regarding your credit card. This information is in the interest of account security.
First navigate to https://account.entropiauniverse.com/account/deposits/deposit-providers/index.xml and choose your preferred method and follow the instructions based on the option you chose.
It's important to note that the first deposit must be done from the page mentioned above. Any subsequent deposits can be made in-game if you so chose.

There is a limit as a total for five active cards on your Entropia Universe Account.
It is only allowed to register 3 new cards every seventh day.
Should you experience any difficulties with the registration of your card, please contact Entropia Universe Support.
Yes, this is possible. First convert the amount of your paysafecard to EUR or GBP via Paysafecard's Currency calculator. Enter the converted amount when making your deposit.
If you have transferred a payment to MindArk's bank account but you forgot to register the Bank deposit on the website or in the Transfer Center prior to the transfer, you need to contact Entropia Universe Support. Please provide the following information:
- Deposit Key. Register a Bank deposit for the amount you have already transferred to our bank account. On the last page you will get the Deposit Key to give us
- Amount and currency of the payment you have transferred
- Name of your bank
- Date of the transfer
When you make a Bank deposit it can take up to 4 bank days before the PEDs arrive on your PED Card after you have transferred the payment.
If you do not receive your PEDs within this time, please contact Entropia Universe Support and give us your deposit details.
Your payment provider is the institution behind the payment method you chose for your deposit.
Debit/Credit Card
If you are trying to deposit via Debit/Credit Card, your payment provider is Nets/Euroline, but it is often your bank or card provider that rejects the deposit. Read more here to get advice on why your deposit fails.
Paysafecard
If you are trying to deposit via paysafecard, your payment provider is paysafecard. Contact Entropia Universe Support for information on why your deposit fails.
There are several possible reasons to why a debit/credit card deposit is not accepted. Here are some initial points you should check:
- Make sure you have enough funds on your bank account or card
- Make sure that your card is enabled for international and online purchases in USD
- Contact your bank or card provider and ask if they have stopped the deposit
- Wait 10 minutes and try once more to make your deposit. Your first attempt might have been stopped due to a communication error
- Remove your card and re-register it

Go to the Visa/Mastercard deposit section and remove the card you want to update. Then register the new card with the new information by either a deposit using a new card or a webshop payment.
When you enter the code, please check:
- that Caps Lock is not activated,
- the sequence of the digits and letters
- the upper-case and lower-case letters
You should write your Deposit Key in the area dedicated to the message that is transmitted to our bank. If this area is not available in the form of your bank, please write the number next to your name. The Deposit Key identifies to which Entropia Universe account the deposit should go.
